The SAD Panto!
Presented by Moonescale Productions
Written and directed by John Francis Scally

A dark tale about the nature of free will, and a panto like no other, The SAD! Panto is a journey into a decaying fantasy where a trio of heroes realise their world is not as it seems.

Follow Abby, Chino and their friendly dog Ben through the twisted world of Panoptydoo, a magical realm where anything is possible, but the same thing happens every day. As they journey to find the amazing Wishbone, which can grant their greatest desires, they start to feel the hand of the audience and the way it affects their lives. They must defeat a sinister conductor they cannot see, who seems intent on forcing them to remain in the archetypes that have been written for them. Will they be able to break the chains controlling their fate and get a chance to write their own story? Oh yes, they will! Oh no, they won’t!

This show is suitable for audiences 16+. It features strong language, discussions of suicide, themes of an adult nature, and scenes that some viewers may find distressing.
