The Parish
HubCap Theatre presents The Parish, a hilarious new comedy where two actors bring to life the characters that can be found in every rural community in Ireland. The Parish brings to life a story of conflict and treachery in a village. But it ultimately celebrates friendship and community which creates a bond that overcomes all adversity. Performed with minimal set and supported by a rich soundscape, The Parish is highly entertaining, accessible theatre in its purest form. Performance run time is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
HubCap Theatre was set up to present new work written and performed by its founders Sean Kelleher and Michael Ryan. The company’s ethos is influenced by the tradition of the Fit-Up companies that travelled to every community in the past bringing live theatre to the people. The Parish has toured to a wide range of venues and has received hugely positive feedback from audiences.

Please note that, while our online booking system is provided for your convenience, booking by phone may prove more economical for larger bookings. Phone booking charges are €1 per ticket to a MAXIMUM charge of €3 (irrespective of the number of tickets booked), while online booking fees (€0.50 + 6% per ticket) apply to every ticket booked.
