Cork International Short Story Festival
As one of the few festivals in the world dedicated to the short story, the Munster Literature Centre devotes much space to debut authors, alongside the firmly established. The Cork Arts Theatre is pleased to host a series of readings, award presentations, and discussions between authors. Don’t miss out on hearing some unforgettable stories.
The Cork International Short Story Festival was founded in 2000. Then called the Frank O’Connor International Short Story Festival, an event dedicated to the celebration of the short story and named for one of Cork’s most beloved authors, the event has grown to become one of the most prestigious short story festivals.
Duration of each event is 1 hour. Admission: €5.
