Cork International Short Story Festival

The Cork International Short Story Festival was founded in 2000. Then called the Frank O’Connor International Short Story Festival, an event dedicated to the celebration of the short story and named for one of Cork’s most beloved authors, the event has grown to become one of the most prestigious short story festivals. The festival showcases readings, literary forums and workshops.
