Seven groups will stage a wide variety of plays showcasing the very best acting and directing talent. The competitive element makes for an electric atmosphere during the performances as the groups are evaluated by the adjudicator. \nThe adjudicator for the event this year is Paul Brenan (ADA). Paul is a highly respected adjudicator on the festival circuit and he will have the onerous task of deciding the winning play and selecting the best actor\, best actress and best director. \nJames Horgan\, the Festival Director\, said\, “The Cork One Act Theatre Festival is one of the highlights of the theatre calendar.
